The second edition was published in 2001 by Narodna knjiga under the title Ex YU rock enciklopedija 1960 - 2000 (Ex YU Rock Encyclopedia 1960 - 2000) and it expanded the number of entries to 1,150. The third edition was published in 2007 by self-publishing under the title Ex YU rock enciklopedija 1960 - 2006 (Ex YU Rock Encyclopedia 1960 - 2006) and it updated and revised the previous entries as well as adding new ones. The fourth edition was published in 2016 by self-publishing under the current title and it further updated and revised the existing entries as well as adding new ones.
